Stakes Winner 2 – Saikyou Uma Densetsu is the Playstation version of the Neogeo arcade machine (1995) of the same name. Stakes Winner 2 in the arcades offers pushing one of three buttons to make your horse gallop fast, faster, or fastest. There's timing involved, as well as strategy.
